While fans are anticipating the Jamie Kennedy spoof, Malibu's Most Wanted, the soundtrack is set to realese on April 15. With the mastery of the music, clothing, and food businesses under his belt, it looks like P. Diddy wants to try his hand in a new market. Diddy and Blue Fame Marketing & Advertising are currently looking for a publisher for a "P. Diddy" video game. The game would have fans be able to create their own entertainment conglomerate. The main character would have P Diddy's likeness plus feature exclusive new music made specifically for the game. "As Mr. Combs has experienced tremendous success in building his own conglomerate, we now want to offer video game users the opportunity to enjoy playing a game which they can enjoy and attempt to emulate his success," said Jameel Spencer, President/Partner of Blue Flame Marketing and Advertising, a division of Bad Boy Entertainment. "As we have experienced tremendous success with Sean John, Bad Boy Entertainment, Justin's Restaurant, and a variety of other initiatives, we are now looking to continue to broaden our reach. The line between the entertainment and marketing and advertising world has virtually disappeared, and this new game will have Sean "P. Diddy" Combs likeness in a top of the line video game, which will reach the ever elusive youth and urban markets." No word on if the game would be similar to a role-playing game like The Sims for PC or if it will be a game they want on consoles such as Playstation 2 or Xbox.

In what appears to be a tit-for-tat Hip-Hop cold war, Suge Knight continues to take shots at Snoop Dogg while Daz counters at Suge. In an apparent attempt to label Snoop a snitch, the opening page of Suge's website, currently features a mocking depiction of Snoop working with police officers. The caption reads "Beware of Snoop... watch out for Snoop's boys in blue." Meanwhile, Dogg Pound member and Snoop’s cousin Daz Dillinger, has his crosshairs set on Suge. Allegedly, Daz has some dirt to dish on Suge which will be depicted in the 45 minute movie, Tha Row Killa. In addition to the movie, Daz and the DPG crew will drop the album, Tha Row Killa on April 22, which features the diss song, "You Ain't Sh*t". Fans can go to the website and see screen shots from the movie and hear the new songs.

With the still ongoing case in the murder of Notorious B.I.G., the rapper's family is asking for the public’s help. Biggie’s Estate has recently launched a new website asking for tips to help find who’s responsible for Big’s murder and bring them to justice. The site also features the official documents in the lawsuit filed against the LAPD by Voletta Wallace, Faith Evans and Big's children. "On this website you can view a copy of the lawsuit filed on behalf of his heirs and estate," read the front page of the site. "If you have any information regarding his murder, or corruption within the L.A.P.D. which supports the allegations made in the lawsuit, report it by clicking the Report A Tip button to Securely pass along the information. We are interested in all information whether it supports the lawsuit or not, and you can leave the information anonymously if you so desire." There is still no word when this lawsuit will go to court.

Fans anticipating the release of Foxy Brown's new album, Ill Na Na 2: The Fever, will wait a little longer. Apparently, on Wednesday's showing of The Wendy Williams Show in New York City, Foxy explained that her album has been shelved. This basically means her new album was pushed back indefinitely. She admitted to Wendy Williams that her album was supposed to drop in May, but that Def Jam/Bad Boy Records, who are 50/50 owners of her contract, have shelved the project because Foxy and P. Diddy could not agree on the contractual terms. In addition to that, Foxy let it all out about her relationship with many other rappers. Including P. Diddy, Eve, Kurupt, Jay-Z, Nas, and a host of others life experiences ranging from her miscarriage to who took her virginity. Listen to the Wendy Williams interview in two parts. New York morning DJ, Star of Hot 97 was recently suspended for unknown reasons. Barry Mayo, Senior VP and Marketing Manager of Hot 97's parent company Emmis Communications said that while the show didn't have that many rules, Star "broke a huge one." Sources say, Star was suspended for negative comments made against radio station advertisers. Star has been temporarily replaced by Cam'ron & The Diplomats alongside the normal morning crew. But this is not the first time Star has been suspended. Shortly after Aaliyah's death in 2001, Star made jokes about the plane crash. He later apologized to Aaliyah's boyfriend, her family and her fans.

I live on long island, in NY. I am not too far from NYC. Because of all this I have the chance to listen to the best hip-hop radio station in the world. While I am still waiting for them to get streaming audio, I can show you a little about the crew at HOT 97.1. You check out all there DJ’s here. Now I will tell you why I love this station. First in the morning I listen to Star and Buc Wild, who may I say are the most offensive, loudmouth, and hilarious DJs that I know of. Then I like to listen to the Funk Flex, or Funk Master Flex (as if you couldn’t figure that one out), because of his selection. He like to do live mixing and scratching and always plays the hottest beats.

Since Def Jam is definitely one of my favorite record labels, I want to give you a little update about some of the stuff the label is doing. Keith Murray is coming out with a new album called He’s Keith Murray. You can check out the video for his new album here. Just an update about the Ras Kass story I posted awhile ago. Yes that’s right folks; Ras Kass is still on the run and fighting strong. Ras Kass has made a petition on his own website and now wants to produce T-shirts in the theme of free Ras Kass. The petition is to free Ras Kass from his existing Record deal. There has been over 1,500 signitures in just only three weeks. So hopefully Ras Kass will be able to pull a L.O.X. and get out of there recording contract to sign with a different label.

The Chapelle Show is one of the funniest shows I have ever seen, next to South Park. Dave isn’t afraid to touch on any issues, even being handicap or racist. But back to the point, Chapelle Show features one Hip-Hopper or Rapper per episode. This includes Fat Joe, Mos Def, Talib, and Busta Ryhmes. Of course there are many Hip-Hop parodys, Such as Redman’s Potty Freshener and Wu-Tang Financial. Check out some of the other clips from the show Here. My favorite is Tyrone’s intervention.

The Isley Brothers are at the final stage of recording their new album, entitled "Body Kiss". The Isley Brothers will be collaborating with the likes of Snoop Dogg and Lil' Kim. The Brothers also recorded a new track for the "Mr. Bigg" saga with R. Kelly entitled "What Would You Do?". The new single is making so much noise at urban radio that the release date for "Body Kiss" is pushed up a week.

In Indianapolis, Indiana Mayor Bart Peterson has formed a task force to look into claims of discrimination against African-Americans. In 2001 police were ordered to limit the amount of Rap/Hip-Hop music being played in clubs. While most of the population of this city is white, the Hip-Hop clubs have mostly black patrons. City Councilman James Bradford didn't agree that race was a factor, and instead blamed the music. "If you play this gangster rap, it brings in gang bangers," Bradford told the Indianapolis Star. "I'm not going to let Broad Ripple get out of hand. I'm not going to wait until someone gets shot. When you put the wrong type of music together, it generates problems." To tell you the truth I think this is crap. Not everyone that listens to rap is a gangster. I love rap music and i am not in a gang, nor am i violent. I think this is definitely about race.

Just an update about Def Jam Vendetta. I just bought it and it is great! Its got a bunch of hot tracks, even some I have never heard of before. You can even play over 40 characters, probably about only 15 are Def Jam Rappers. Athough it takes a long time to learn how to do things, the gameplay is amasing. Overall i would call it a great buy and i think it would be worth your time and investment.

Kurupt is once again doing the “label shuffle”. First he was with Death Row records, aka the Dogg Pound Gang (DPG). He then left Death Row, and went solo, but remained a part of the DPG. Then last year, he left the DPG to go back to Death Row. Now, out of frustration and pain, the rapper has left Suge Knight, The president of Death Row records, and is back again with the DPG. So basically this story sums up to one more person leaving Death Row because of Suge Knight’s (pardon my french) bulls**t.

Buju Banton, a proclaimed Jamaican deejay, is releasing his 13th album named Friends for Life. Buju is renown for his exceptional beats that mix Reggae with Hip-Hop and R&B. Fat Joe, Bounty Killer and vocalist Nadine Sutherland are all featured on this album. I havn’t heard the new album yet, but I am am fan of Buju’s older albums. De La Soul's Maseo said that De La Soul's third installment of the Artificial Intelligence series will be released independently, through his Bear Mountain Entertainment label. After splitting with Tommy Boy, it was reported that the group had signed a four album deal with Elektra." The group is not signed to Elektra," Bear Mountain president Jason Alexander told AllHipHop.com. "The album will come out independently. We are still negotiating a distribution situation." "It was great to wear the Tommy Boy jersey, but now we're playing for our own," he continued. "From the business perspective, we get to see more of a return on our music.''

Snoop Dogg is being sued by a man only known as John Doe. Doe says that snoop left a message on his answering machine, taped it, and released it on his latest album, I Paid the Cost to be the Boss. The taping was unauthorized. “Unfortunately, it is so real that the Plaintiff now fears for his life and that of his elderly mother because it appears that he, as a Compton resident (where a rival of Broadus [Snoop], Suge Knight, apparently has a lot of pull and is feared) is supporting Broadus in the turf war. The case doesn’t show exactly how much Doe is suing for.

DMX denied entrance to canada for a second time. He has been forced to cancel his show in SaskPlace, Canada. "Due to the intensified security crackdown in the United States, current travel restrictions due to the war in Iraq, and unwillingness of Canada's government to allow DMX into the country at this time, DMX will not be performing in Canada," DMX's management said in a statement.

Rapper Fabolous was arrested for a third time this year, on March 24th. John Jackson, aka Fabolous, was to perform at the New York Club Webster Hall. During a routine frisking, club security found a loaded handgun on Fabolous’s bodyguard. The bodyguard went and put the gun in his car. Police were later called and a 9 mm handgun was found in Fabolous’s car. The handgun charge was dropped, but Fabolous was ticketed for driving with a suspended license.

Snoop Dogg, being the great man he is, has decided to fulfill the dream of one of his terminally ill fans. Branson Walker, of Ohio, was visited by Snoop Dogg courtesy of the Special Wish Foundation. Snoop flew Branson and his family to the taping of Snoop’s new show, "Doggy Fizzle Televizzle." Following the show Snoop gave Branson the diamond necklace he was wearing. “I did this because all it is me meeting one of my biggest fans," Snoop told AllHipHop.com. "Time is what I have, which is something he doesn't have as much of."

It looks like Method Man's third solo album might finally be released this spring. Tical 0: The Prequel is set for a tentative March release, and the album currently has his undivided attention. "The majority of our audience can't afford Versace and all the name brands and these big expensive cars," Meth told Rolling Stone. "A lot of them just like to party. That's the common denominator among every class. We all just like to party so that's what the album is based on." Joining in the festivities will be Redman, Ghostface Killah, Raekwon, RZA and despite the 'prequel' label, Ludacris. "I ain't trying to go back to my youth or nothing like that," Meth told MTV. "I'm basically trying to have fun again. Let's make it fun while we do it." I know that everyone has been waiting as long as I have for method man to release another album. It's official Priority recording artist Ras Kass has currently been labeled a fugitive from the law. This is because of his third DUI and him missing his court appearance. The rapper allegedly has not turned himself in yet, because of the recent pushback of his album Goldyn Child. The rapper has said that racist Priority Record employees are not allowing him to feed his family.

It's a fighting game that features CNN, DMX, Joe Budden, Ludacris, Method Man, Redman, WC, and more! Def Jam Vendetta is easy to play and has a sweet soundtrack, featuring many Def Jam artists. This game is made by Def Jam and EA BIG.

Update: I tried going to EB and buy this game yesterday (March 25th), and it looks like the release date has been pushed back to April 2nd.
